Job Description – Waiter / Service Staff

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Escort guests to their tables and present menus.

Explain menu items, promotions, and provide recommendations to guests.

Take and input orders accurately.

Serve food and beverages according to service standards.

Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

Handle guest complaints politely and report issues to the supervisor when needed.

Maintain cleanliness of the service area, tables, and equipment.

Set up and clear tables before and after service.

Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.

Follow company SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.

Requirements – Waiter / Service Staff

Minimum education: High School or equivalent.

Previous experience as a waiter/service staff is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome).

Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Honest, disciplined, and responsible.

Able to work under pressure and in shifts.

Strong service mindset and positive attitude.

Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
