Your role:

Greet and seat guests quickly

Provide overall friendly and personal customer service

Take orders accurately and input into the POS

Serve food and drinks promptly

Clear and reset tables fast between guests

Keep the dining area clean and stocked

You should have:

Conversational fluency in English and Bahasa

Experience in restaurants or cafés

Great communication and people skills

Ability to stay organised under pressure

A positive, team‑first attitude
