Location: Brunch Club Legian & Lemongrass Thai Bali

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and relay them to the kitchen and bar
Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently
Ensure tables are properly set and maintained throughout service
Respond promptly to guest requests and provide excellent customer service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
Handle billing and payments accurately
Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Adhere to health and safety standards at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Waiter in a customer-facing role preferred (min. 2-3 yrs experiences)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well-groomed, with a positive and professional attitude
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
