Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress to provide excellent service to our guests. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a pleasant dining experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is attentive, personable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers, present menus, and explain specials or menu items.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally.
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any requests or complaints.
Clear tables and reset for the next guests.
Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties.
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a server preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
Basic math skills for handling payments.
Neat and professional appearance.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of food and beverage service.
POS system experience.
Food handling certification (if required locally).
