Qualifications :

Minimum 1 year experiences in role

Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Able to interact with diners and build positive rapport with different types of people

Responsibilities :

Greeting and seating guest :

Welcoming customers, ensuring they are seated prompty, offering menus

Taking Orders :

Accurately recording food and beverages orders, communicating the to the kitchen and answering customer questions aobut menu

Serving Food and Beverages :

Delivering orders to the correct tables, ensuring prompt and accurate service and refilling drinks as needed

Ensuring Customer satisfaction :

checking on customers to ensure the are enjoying their meals, addressing any issues or concerns, and making recomenmendations to enhance their experience

Handling Payment :

processing bills and accepting payment,ensuring accurate transactions
