Job Description:

We are seeking reliable and energetic individual to join our team as Waiters at Awan Connection, Canggu, Bali. This role is perfect for individuals looking for full-time, long-term work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner.

• Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations when necessary.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.

• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring an exceptional dining experience.

• Monitor tables and anticipate guests’ needs, providing attentive service throughout the meal.

• Process payments and handle cash or credit card transactions.

• Clean and reset tables for the next guests.

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of food and beverage menus, with the ability to upsell or recommend items.

• Positive attitude and teamwork mentality.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Familiarity with POS systems and order management is a plus.

• Able to speak English
