Location: SIKI Restaurant – Nusa Dua

We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Server to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in luxury hospitality and deliver exceptional guest experiences with attention to detail and professionalism.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Server in a high-end or luxury restaurant/hotel.

Have familiarity with luxury hospitality industry standards and sequence of service.

Outstanding communication abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.

Fluent in English; additional language is a plus.

Well-groomed, professional appearance, and guest-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent and personalized service to guests following the restaurant’s standards.

Ensure all guests have a memorable dining experience.

Handle guest requests and feedback in a professional manner.

Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
