What We Offer

• Above-average salary: base 3,7–4 mln + service/tips; paid twice a month

• Meals 25,000/shift, transport 10,000/shift

• 4% bonus after 3 months; BPJS Ketenagakerjaan

• Official employment: paid annual leave & sick leave; paid public holidays, THR included

• Clear standards, scripts, and briefings; menu discounts, uniform, comfortable workspace

• Schedule: 6 days/week, 8 hours working

Morning 7:30 - 3:30

Middle 02:00 - 22:00

Evening 18:00 - 02:00

Who You Are

• 1+ year waitress experience

• English at least Pre-Intermediate (confident guest communication)

• POS experience; Syrve is a strong plus

• Service & sales: menu presentation, upselling, follow-ups, timing control

• Discipline & hygiene: arrive on time (no lateness), wash hands regularly, smell pleasant, keep uniform and station tidy

• Initiative is a must — not a place to just clock in/out

• Live near Canggu Shortcut (reliable commute without delays)
