Greet and welcome guests warmly.
Escort guests to their table and provide menus.
Explain menu items and offer recommendations.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Communicate orders to kitchen/bar staff.
Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly.
Check guest satisfaction during the meal.
Clear tables and reset for the next guests.
Handle guest requests and resolve minor complaints.
Present the bill and process payments.
Maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
Assist with opening, closing, and side duties.
