Location: Word Bali Café – Canggu Operation Hours: 24 Hours Shifts: Morning / Afternoon / Night
Position Summary: The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the overall dining experience at Word Bali Café Ubud. This role requires a friendly attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced 24-hour café environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and upsell when appropriate.
Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and workspaces.
Ensure tables are properly set before and after each guest.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Process payments using the café’s POS system.
Follow all hygiene, safety, and café operational standards.
Support team members during busy periods and shift turnovers.
