PT Aliana Bali Love is a growing Foreign Investment Company (PMA) operating in the Food & Beverage industry, with a focus on developing premium artisan bakery and café lifestyle concepts in Bali.
Located in Ubud, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent service, supported by strong operational and financial management. We are currently seeking a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented professional to join our team as a Waiter / Waitress.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
• Present menus, explain items, and provide recommendations when needed
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery
• Serve food and drinks according to company standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on customers and responding to requests promptly
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Prepare tables before service and ensure proper table setup
• Process bills and handle payments accurately
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times
• Support team members and contribute to a positive working environment

Qualifications

 • Minimum High School / Vocational School (SMA/SMK), preferably in Hospitality
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in F&B or hospitality industry
• Good communication skills in English

 • Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Strong teamwork and positive attitude
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
