Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly.
Present menus and answer questions about menu items, specials, and daily offerings.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using a POS system.
Relay orders to the kitchen staff and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
Check on guests frequently to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Handle guest complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
