Responsibilities
Provide excellent and friendly customer service
Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately
Ensure dining area cleanliness and table setup
Deliver dishes promptly and professionally
Handle guest needs, requests, and complaints politely
Maintain knowledge of menu items and promotions
Follow restaurant service standards (SOP)
Assist cashiers and team members when needed
Experience as Waiter/Waitress is preferred (fresh graduates welcome)
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
