Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and dynamic Waiter/Waitress to join our fast-paced nightclub team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-energy environment, possess excellent communication skills, and be dedicated to providing outstanding service to our diverse clientele. This role involves taking drink orders, serving beverages, handling transactions, and ensuring guests have a positive and enjoyable experience throughout the night. Flexibility to work evening, late-night, and weekend shifts is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service Excellence:

Greet guests warmly and assist them in finding seating or navigating the venue.

Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, anticipating their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

Maintain a positive and energetic attitude, contributing to the overall vibrant atmosphere of the nightclub.

Order Taking & Delivery:

Accurately take drink orders from guests, including special requests and modifications.

Communicate orders clearly and efficiently to the bar staff.

Serve beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.

Monitor guest consumption and offer additional drinks as appropriate.

Cash Handling & Transactions:

Process payments accurately using POS systems, handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.

Manage tabs and ensure correct billing for all orders.

Reconcile cash and sales at the end of each shift.

Venue Maintenance & Safety:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections, including tables, VIP areas, and common spaces.

Clear empty glasses and bottles regularly to ensure a tidy and safe environment.

Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations (e.g., responsible alcohol service, age verification).

Report any issues or incidents to management promptly.

Team Collaboration:

Work effectively and collaboratively with bartenders, security, DJs, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Assist colleagues when needed to ensure efficient service across the venue.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a waitress/server, preferably in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or nightclub setting.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse guests and team members.

Strong ability to work efficiently and maintain composure in a fast-paced, loud, and high-pressure environment.

Knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Basic math skills and experience with POS systems and cash handling.

Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods during shifts.

Flexibility to work evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
