The Villa Manager manages the designated villa. They ensure guests’ needs are met daily. Here are some of the main duties and responsibilities:

Supervise staff to ensure smooth operation

Coordinate maintenance tasks to upkeep the villa

Manage reservations efficiently

Uphold high standards of customer service

Attention to detail is crucial

Must excellently communicate with the client

Proactively answer any questions and resolve any problems that the guests may have

Your main job is to make guests happy, look after the property, and lead your team well. Your big goal is to assure guests have an amazing time, keep the villa in great shape, and help your team provide top-notch service. It is all about making guests smile, keeping the villa beautiful, and encouraging your team to be awesome.
