We are Looking for a Villa Manager in the Ubud Area.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily villa operations, including staff, maintenance, and expenses.

• Manage housekeeping, gardener, poolman, and vendors.

• Handle guest check-ins/outs, complaints, and special requests.

• Maintain villa inventory, coordinate repairs, and ensure cleanliness.

• Record all maintenance and inspection tasks in the system.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or villa/property management.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Good communication in English and Indonesian.

• Able to handle guests professionally and resolve issues efficiently.

• Familiar with managing staff schedules, vendor coordination, and daily expenses.

• Comfortable using basic systems for reporting and record-keeping.

• Based in Bali or willing to relocate to Ubud.
