• Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp4,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per bulan

We are Looking for a Villa Manager in Canggu Area.

Key Responsibilities:

-Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of villas.

-Monitor and ensure timely maintenance and repair works .

-Handle guest reviews, complaints, and feedback , ensuring prompt resolution.

-Conduct regular inspections to ensure villas meet company standards.

-Prepare daily/weekly reports on villa operations.

-Act as a point of contact for villa owners and management regarding operational updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or villa/property management.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Good communication in English and Indonesian.

• Able to handle guests professionally and resolve issues efficiently.

• Familiar with managing staff schedules, vendor coordination, and daily expenses.

• Comfortable using basic systems for reporting and record-keeping.
