• Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
• Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp7,000,000 per bulan

We are currently seeking a highly capable and reliable Villa Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private luxury villa, located in Jimbaran. The ideal candidate must be mentally strong, able to respond quickly under pressure, and have a strong command of the English language.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise villa staff to ensure high service standards

Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and special requests

Handle day-to-day villa operations, maintenance, and cleanliness

Respond quickly and effectively to unexpected situations or emergencies

Communicate clearly with guests and the property owner in English

Manage inventories, supplies, and budgets

Maintain a calm and professional demeanor at all times

🔹 Requirements:

Proven experience as a villa manager or in a similar hospitality role

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

Ability to work independently and under pressure

Discreet, trustworthy, and service-oriented

Physically and mentally resilient
