Job description for Villa Manager Ubud at BALIMMO DEVELOPMENT GROUP
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Villa Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private villa located in Ubud, Gianyar. The Villa Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational activities, delivering excellent guest experiences, managing staff performance, and maintaining high property standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage daily villa operations (housekeeping, maintenance, security, and gardening staff).
• Ensure the villa is fully prepared and meets quality standards prior to guest check-in.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and maintain high guest satisfaction and positive online reviews on OTA platforms.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports (occupancy, revenue, and expenses).
• Manage petty cash, operational budgets, and control expenses effectively.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair works.
• Conduct staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Villa Manager, Property Manager, or Hotel Supervisor.
• Strong understanding of OTA systems, channel managers, and basic revenue management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Willing to be based in Ubud, Gianyar, Bali.
