Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Video Editor / Finisher based in Singapore. At our boutique production house, we move fast and value sharp visual storytelling. The Video Editor will be responsible for taking commercial and corporate projects from raw footage to a polished, client-ready delivery.

This role requires a nimble editor who handles the entire post-production pipeline: crafting the narrative (offline), technical finishing and colour correction (online), and integrating clean motion graphics. You will work closely with a lean production team, meaning independence, speed, and absolute attention to detail are critical to keeping our pipeline moving.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven Speed & Efficiency: Ability to log, sync, and deliver high-quality rough cuts under tight, fast-turnaround deadlines.

Independent Online/Finisher Skillset: Strong proficiency in colour correction and grading (matching multi-cam footage, neutralising log profiles, and utilising scopes).

Software Mastery: Expert efficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve. Knowledge of keyboard shortcuts and optimised proxy workflows is highly valued.

Motion Graphics: Competency in Adobe After Effects to create clean, professional typography, lower thirds, and simple graphic overlays.

Comfortable working in a lean, hands-on team environment where communication is direct, and everyone takes ownership of their projects.

Portfolio Requirement: Must provide a reel or project links showcasing both narrative pacing (offline) and clean colour/audio finishing (online).

Note: Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a timed, practical express editing test.
