Our client is seeking a Test Technician (4-3-3-4 Shift) to join their team!

Join our client's dynamic team as a Test Technician and play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and driving continuous improvement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the success of innovative projects.

What you'll be doing?

Execute test tasks: Assist engineers in performing test-related activities for both New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining projects, ensuring smooth project delivery and adherence to test requirements.

Diagnose and improve: Conduct product testing, identify test failures, and collaborate with process and test engineers to enhance yield and performance.

Maintain quality standards: Ensure work processes comply with ISO standards and actively participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage test records: Update and maintain accurate test tracking records to support analysis and reporting.

Develop documentation: Prepare, review, and update Work Instructions to reflect the latest test processes and best practices.

Knowledge sharing: Ensure effective knowledge transfer to Material Handlers and other relevant personnel based on updated Work Instructions.

Educational background: Candidates with Nitec or Diploma qualification in engineering are encouraged to apply.

Multitasking skills: Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working under pressure to meet project deadlines.

Flexible work schedule: Willing to perform shift work to support 24/7 operations.

Technical knowledge: Good understanding of test methods and concepts, with knowledge of programming and debugging skills being advantageous.
