Job description for Temporary HR Assistant (Immediate - 3 months) at Fabristeel Private Limited
1. Training Coordination
Assist in the end-to-end training process: scheduling sessions, coordinating participant attendance, and booking venues/facilities.
Process invoices from vendors.
Maintain accurate training records
2. Personnel File (P-File) Documentation
Maintain and update personnel files
Manage the filing of employment contracts, appraisal forms, and sensitive employee data.
Ensure strict confidentiality and data protection in accordance with company policy.
3. Interview Coordination
Support the recruitment team by scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Send out interview invites and provide candidates with necessary information
Assist in basic candidate screening
4. General Administrative Support
Assist in onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Requirements
Experience: No experience required. However, experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role will be an advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with HRIS software is a plus.
