Main Responsibilities
The role involves providing support for leasing activities and related administrative matters across multiple SAFRA projects, including SAFRA Tampines, SAFRA Town Club, and SAFRA @ CMPB. The key responsibilities include planning, vendor sourcing, administrative coordination, marketing efforts, stakeholder engagement, site inspections, and documentation.
Key Duties & Tasks
Planning for Leasing Viability
Assist in developing strategic leasing plans to optimize revenue generation for SAFRA Tampines.
Vendor Sourcing & Contract Management
Support in the sourcing, identifying, and evaluating for potential vendors for Tampines to enhance services and tenant mix.
Assist in drafting and reviewing vendor proposals
Administrative Support for Leasing Operations
Provide administrative assistance for leasing-related activities across SAFRA Tampines, SAFRA Town Club, and the CMPB project.
Maintain accurate leasing records, agreements, and correspondence to facilitate smooth operations.
Coordinate the preparation and submission of reports, proposals, and other leasing-related documentation.
Marketing & Vendor Coordination for SAFRA Town Club
Oversee marketing initiatives related to leasing and tenant engagement for SAFRA Town Club.
Liaise with vendors to ensure effective promotion and branding strategies are in place.
Support in executing marketing campaigns to attract potential tenants and visitors.
Stakeholder Coordination & Engagement
Organize and coordinate meetings between internal and external stakeholders across all projects.
Ensure effective communication and follow-ups to align project goals with stakeholder expectations.
Maintain records of stakeholder discussions, key decisions, and action points for reference.
Site Inspections & Compliance Checks
Conduct bi-weekly site inspections at SAFRA Town Club to ensure compliance with leasing agreements and operational standards.
Identify and report any maintenance, safety, or operational issues requiring attention.
Collaborate with relevant teams to address and resolve site-related concerns promptly.
Meeting Documentation & Reporting
Take minutes for all leasing-related meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions and action points.
Prepare and circulate meeting minutes in a timely manner to relevant stakeholders.
Track follow-up actions from meetings to ensure timely execution and accountability.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
Some experience with leasing and facility would be advantageous.
Singaporean only.
