- Manage packing and accurate issuance of staff uniforms to ensure timely distribution
- Scan and categorise documents into appropriate folders to maintain organized digital records
- Assist with ad-hoc HR duties to support smooth HR operations
- Provide general administrative support as assigned to facilitate office efficiency
Required competencies and certifications
- Ability to work between Toa Payoh and Tampines locations to fulfill job duties
- Proficient computer skills to manage documents and perform scanning tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills to maintain meticulous records and complete tasks responsibly
- Commitment to a 3-month service period to ensure continuity of support
