Temp Accounts Assistant (3-Month Contract)
Job Description & Requirements
(Maternity Cover)
-Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) duties, including collections, banking, and AR application
-Assist with partial Accounts Payable (AP) duties
-Prepare and process retail invoicing, including recording, issuance, and collections
-Process statement fee collections related to invoices
-Handle staff claims payouts
-Maintain proper documentation and filing
-Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Certificate or Diploma in Accounting
- Basic accounting knowledge preferred
- Training will be provided
- Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications
