The Scope

The Technician will support the Engineering Team to efficiently maintain all hotel operations such that safety, security, conversation, and compliance are ensured at the highest levels.

Responsibilities 

Perform all preventive / breakdown maintenance of all M&E services and building work. 

Carry out preventive / breakdown maintenance on all plumbing and sanitary systems.

Operate and carry out preventive / breakdown maintenance on all mechanical equipment.

Operate and carry out preventive maintenance and repairs of all electrical installations and equipment such as generator, fire protection system lighting and power, etc.

Assist in energy conservation program and participate in fire-fighting and safety exercise.

Construct and repair furniture such as cabinet, cupboard, table, chairs, doors and props.

Perform any other job tasks as assigned.

Qualification

At least High School or equivalent, diplomas are an advantage. 

Candidates with less qualifications but more years of working experience can be considered for the position of Technician.

Experience

At least 1 year of working experience in any M&E-related field.

Current working knowledge of general maintenance and engineering work
