About the Role

Eurokars Supersports is looking for a passionate and skilled Technician to join our McLaren / Pagani Aftersales team. This role is responsible for carrying out high-quality diagnostics, servicing and repair works in accordance with brand standards while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Perform servicing, diagnostics, repairs and maintenance work on vehicles according to manufacturer standards

Ensure all repair and service jobs are completed accurately and within the promised turnaround time

Liaise closely with Team Leads and Customer Service Advisors (CSA) on assigned repair orders and additional repair recommendations

Ensure accurate documentation, job write-ups and time recording for all assigned jobs

Support troubleshooting and technical diagnosis using brand technical portals and workshop systems

Maintain tools and workshop equipment in proper working condition

Adhere to workshop safety standards, housekeeping and operational procedures at all times

Participate actively in brand training programs to continuously enhance technical competency and product knowledge

Support Aftersales, Marketing and Sales events when required

Requirements

NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Automotive Technology or related field

Relevant experience in automotive servicing and diagnostics

Experience with premium or luxury automotive brands will be an added advantage

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

Passionate about high-performance and luxury vehicles

Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
