Job description for Technical Sales Engineer at Soda Vision Pte Ltd.
As the Technical Sales Engineer in the machine vision industry, you will play a pivotal role in conducting sales activities and providing technical support to customers. Your primary responsibility will include product selling, technical consultation, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This is an important role in achieving substantial revenue and profit growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain effective account management of major customers.
Plan and conduct sales activities for potential and existing customers.
Prepare quotes and provide technical documentation for machine vision applications.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate customers on our products and solutions.
Work closely with technical support, product marketing, and customer service team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Preparation of weekly/monthly business activity reports and periodic sales reports and analysis.
Perform other duties as requested.
Skills and Experience Required:
Familiarity with machine vision technology, industrial automation and manufacturing processes is a plus
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Committed attitude and positive approach, punctuality, and reliability.
A keen interest in developing career in to develop in machine vision industry.
