ID Architects Pte Ltd is seeking a talented Technical Executive/BIM Modeller to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This role will suit someone who has a keen interest in involvement on technical drawings and would like to pursue their career in one of the reputable architect firms in Singapore. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and professional development.

What you'll be doing

Prepare architectural drawings using BIM or CAD software.

To assist the Architects/Team Managers on the preparation and production of drawings for submission, tender and construction.

To liaise with the local authorities, if required.

Opportunity of doing BIM Coordination.

Exposure to new soft wares, e.g. dynamo, rhino, etc. for drawing production.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in Architecture industry is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Proficient on the use of BIM software (Revit, and other relevant design and modelling tools)

On-job trainings and coaching will be provided for BIM software & standards, Singapore Code compliances and submission to authorities.

Minimum Diploma in Architecture or related fields

Due to current business requirements, we are able to consider Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents for this role.
