We are seeking an experienced Technical Cybersecurity Consultant with strong expertise in managed security services for enterprise organizations. A strong understanding of cybersecurity operations, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Extended Detection and Response (XDR), and related security products and services is essential for this role. Excellent communication skills are required to effectively articulate the value of our solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Success in this role also requires the ability to identify customer requirements, align enterprise solutions to business and security challenges, and demonstrate product capabilities effectively. What You Will Do: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for security services and solutions Discover and understand customer requirements, then align suitable solutions to address their needs Deliver security consulting engagements, including reviewing, improving, and securing cloud architectures, as well as designing and implementing managed security offerings Conduct product and service demonstrations for customers and prospects Maintain a strong technical skill set through self-study, certifications, and provided training programs What You Need: In-depth technical knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, including Extended Detection and Response (XDR), Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and other core security solutions Strong understanding of Active Directory, virtualization, SQL Server, networking protocols, certificates, and virtual/physical server environments Strong knowledge of log management strategies, including evaluating log ingestion and management against security and threat intelligence value Ability to assess and scope client environments effectively Understanding of current trends and developments within the cybersecurity industry Persuasive, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple competing deadlines Passion for cybersecurity technologies and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Indonesian citizen only
