Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Account Manager located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, coordinating projects, and supporting sales efforts. The individual will act as a key liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service delivery. Qualifications Strong skills in Account Management and building lasting client relationships Proficiency in delivering Technical Support and Troubleshooting complex issues Experience in Sales and identifying opportunities for client growth Knowledge and expertise in Project Management to oversee and coordinate projects effectively Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach Strong communication and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields is preferred Experience in the energy, mobility, or technology industry is a plus
