Position: Tax Staff

Placement: Alam Sutera, Tangerang


Job Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance

1–2 years of experience in tax/finance (fresh graduates may be considered)

Familiar with e-Faktur, VAT input & output, and monthly VAT reporting

Understand sales and purchase returns and related accounting entries

Experienced in reconciling sales, returns, and tax data

Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table is a plus)

Experience using accounting software (Accurate, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is preferred

Detail-oriented, well-organized, and strong in administrative work

Able to work under deadlines, communicate effectively, and collaborate across teams

Honest, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team

Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang (WFO policy)


Job Responsibilities:

Tax Compliance and Documentation: Verify supporting documents for tax calculations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Organize, maintain, and archive all tax-related documentation and filings.

Tax Calculation and Reporting: Calculate and withhold taxes on applicable transactions. Prepare tax and VAT summaries, including generating CSV files for internal and external reporting.

Invoice and Tax Document Management: Create and manage input and output tax invoices. Draft tax refund letters and handle return notes for both purchases and sales.

Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate tax-related matters with distributors, vendors, and outlets.

Process Improvement and Quality Assurance: Conduct issue analysis using PICA methodology. Support implementation and compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
