Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage an end-to-end Talent Management system
2. Design and implement Competency Framework & Management
Generate data-driven insights (People Analytics) to support business decisions
3. Lead HRIS implementation and optimization initiatives
4. Support recruitment and selection for blue collar workers
5. Contribute to Organization Development (OD) initiatives
Prepare reports and provide strategic HR insights to management
Qualifications
1. Background in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or Human Resource Management
2. 2–4 years of experience in consulting and/or manufacturing industry is a plus
3. Strong understanding of Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Competency Frameworks
4. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
5. Familiar with HRIS systems
