The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and onboard top talent that meets the organizational needs. This includes sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, as well as managing relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate recruitment reports.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and employment laws.
- Support and participate in company continuous improvement programs.
- Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
- 3-5 years of experience in handling in‑house recruitment, preferably within a corporate HR environment
- Strong capability in managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes
- Good understanding of Fair Employment Practices, ensuring recruitment activities are conducted objectively, fairly, and in compliance with local guidelines
- Knowledge on ATS (Workable) will be advantage
- Hands‑on experience or working knowledge in work pass applications and administration
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions while ensuring compliance, quality of hire, and timely delivery.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
- Meticulous about details
