Duties & Responsibilities
Perform full cycle of recruitment process for contract staffing and permanent placements.
Assess hiring requirements and accurately match the job within the given timeline.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with the management to establish hiring plans and deliver creative solutions for the better outcome.
Participate in career fairs and maintain good rapport with the partners.
Stay updated on industry trends and gather market intelligence to remain competitive.
Skills & Experience
Education & Experience:
Preferably have a diploma or degree from a recognized institution with 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR related field
Having basic CEI certification would be advantageous
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
Skills:
Proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders
Able to express ideas clearly in verbal and written format
Adaptable and agile to fit in fast paced and dynamic environment
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
Highly driven and proactive team player
A working knowledge of employment law and legislation
