Requirement

To ensure effective production planning and inventory control processes through proper coordination of bagging activities, stock monitoring, and operational documentation to support timely and efficient delivery operations.

1. Coordinate production (bagging) planning and monitor inventory availability to support smooth operational processes.
2. Analyze production schedules and WOR activities based on demand planning from the marketing team.
3. Monitor material stock manually and through the system to ensure sufficient inventory levels.
4. Coordinate production and shipment schedules with related departments to ensure on-time delivery.
5. Conduct cycle count activities and maintain inventory accuracy for bulk soda ash, bagging products, and materials.
6. Investigate customer complaints and prepare related PPIC reports and documentation.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in PPIC, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
3. Familiar with inventory control, demand planning, and production scheduling.
4. Good analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
6. Detail-oriented and able to work under deadlines.
