Job Description

Take and maintains records of reservations.

Prepare menus displays and other displays.

Assist with the maintenance of a clean and orderly environment in the outlet.

Observe the physical condition of all equipment on a daily basis, writing work orders and following up with the maintenance department on repairs.

Ensure that breakage, pilferage and spoilage are kept to a bare minimum in every outlets operation.

Participate and assist in monthly bar stock inventories conducted by the Cost Control Accountant.

Ensure scheduling of the staff, pre shift briefing, attendances is on line daily.

Ensure that the employees follow proper procedures with respect to hygiene, safety and maintain compliance with all laws and regulations.

Ensure that staff are properly groomed and attired, including proper and complete uniforms.

Ensure that policies and standards are implemented and closely monitored.

Ensure operating hours are maintained according to standards set.

Assure that staff members are fully informed with respect to all menu items, preparation, ingredients, and service.

Qualifications

Having min. 1 years of experience in the same position

Familiar with the operation and application of the restaurant data processing system

Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills

Good communication and customer contact skills

Service oriented with an eye for details

Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations

A team player & builder

A motivator & self-starter

Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
