Job description for Strategic Advisory Services - Analyst at BDO
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify trends and insights that inform strategic recommendations
Gather, organise, interpret and analyse qualitative and quantitative data from a variety of sources for insights development
Assist in designing brand, business and corporate strategies which help address our clients’ evolving needs
Collaborate with team members to improve business processes and frameworks that drive growth, enhance operational efficiency, and support client objectives
Assist in developing implementation roadmap to align processes, resources-planning and department goals with the overall strategy
Support client meetings and presentations by creating slides, reports, and summaries of findings and recommendations
Assist in any ad hoc duties that may arise from active and prospective client engagements
Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Requirements:
Candidates should possess at least a Bachelor’s degree. Degrees in Strategy, Business, Economics or Management are preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point
Ability to multi-task with good time management skills
Detail-orientated person with good analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skill, open to feedback and eager to learn
Strong communication skills with a strong command of English (both written and spoken)
Natural interest in solving problems and delivering unique solutions
Proficiency in other languages, particularly Bahasa Indonesia, is an advantage
Highly motivated and committed to being a good team player.
