Job Summary:As a Retail Associate at BGS Bali, you will be part of a dynamic team that represents the BGS lifestyle — surf, coffee, and community. Your role is to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain the store’s visual and operational standards, and support daily sales activities with energy and authenticity.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field (lifestyle or surf retail preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, positive attitude, and passion for surf, coffee, and community culture.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
