• Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Wash and sanitize all kitchen utensils, pots, pans, plates, and cutlery

Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing area, kitchen, and storage areas

Ensure proper segregation and disposal of waste

Operate dishwashing machines safely and correctly

Assist in receiving goods and organizing storage

Support chefs with basic cleaning and preparation tasks when needed

Follow hygiene standards (personal hygiene, food safety, cleanliness)

Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and stored

Report any maintenance or equipment issues to Supervisor

No experience required (training provided)

Physically fit and able to stand for long periods

Responsible, punctual, and hardworking

Able to work fast and efficiently under pressure

Ability to follow instructions and maintain hygiene

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
