• Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp3,200,000 per bulan

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning & Sanitation

Wash, sanitize, and store all kitchen equipment, utensils, pots, and pans.

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, counters, and workstations.

Ensure garbage bins are emptied regularly and disposed of properly.

Dishwashing

Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals.

Sort, rinse, and load dirty dishes and glassware efficiently.

Inspect dishes and kitchen tools to ensure cleanliness before storage.

Equipment & Inventory Support

Report any damaged or malfunctioning kitchen equipment to supervisor.

Assist in organizing and maintaining cleanliness of storage rooms and walk-in refrigerators.

Replenish soap, sanitizer, and other cleaning supplies as needed.

Health & Safety Compliance

Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.

Comply with health department regulations and internal SOPs.

Wear appropriate PPE (gloves, apron, non-slip shoes) during work.

Team Support

Assist chefs and cooks with basic preparation tasks (e.g., peeling vegetables) if required.

Support banquet setups, kitchen events, and other operations as directed.

Qualifications:

Minimum education: High School or equivalent.

Previous experience as a kitchen steward or dishwasher is an advantage but not required.

Basic understanding of hygiene and safety practices.
