We are looking for a Steward Staff for a new Wellness Club in Bali.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, work areas, and stewarding areas according to hotel standards.
2. Ensure proper use of chemicals following procedures for food hygiene and safety through the implementation of HACCP standards.
3. Respond quickly to provide clean equipment for kitchen and service needs.
4. Properly care for, organize, and store kitchen tools and equipment efficiently and neatly.
5. Serve as a key part of the kitchen and restaurant operations backbone by ensuring all facilities and equipment are ready for use.
Requirements:
1. Minimum high school (SMA/SMK), preferably in Hospitality or Culinary; 1 year of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates allowed, experience as steward is a plus).
2. Physically fit, able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays; disciplined, hardworking, and able to perform in a busy kitchen environment; basic English communication is an advantage.
3. Proficient in cleaning procedures for kitchen equipment, dishes, glassware, and cutlery, maintaining kitchen hygiene according to HACCP standards.
4. Knowledgeable in safe and proper use of cleaning chemicals and sanitizers; capable of operating dishwashing machines and other kitchen cleaning equipment.
5. Understands proper waste segregation (organic, inorganic, recyclable) according to hotel policy, and ensures clean equipment is provided on time for buffet, banquet, and room service operations.

4. Medical Reimbursement up to 85% of 1 month’s basic salary per year (eligible after 1 year of employment and permanent status/PKWTT)

7. 1 meal per shift
