Paediatric Speech-Language Pathologist — Bali, Indonesia | Bali Speech and Language Centre | 12-Month Contract | Competitive Salary About Bali Speech and Language Centre Bali Speech and Language Centre (BSLC) is a specialist speech and language clinic based in Bali, Indonesia. Led by Australian-trained and qualified Speech-Language Pathologists with over a decade of clinical experience, our team delivers high-quality, evidence-based, and family-centred therapy to a wonderfully diverse international community. The Role We're looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Paediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team on a 12-month contract. This is a flexible, autonomous role working with children aged 0–18 years across a wide range of speech, language, and communication needs, in clinic, school, and home settings. You'll be responsible for: Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualised treatment plans Delivering evidence-based therapy and parent coaching Monitoring, documenting, and reporting on client progress Collaborating with families, educators, and other team members Working with a culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) client base — all therapy is conducted in English This role offers genuine clinical variety and a real opportunity to grow your expertise across multiple areas of paediatric practice. Regular supervision and professional mentoring are provided by our senior SLP director. Who We're Looking For Essential: Bachelor's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology Eligible for registration with your home country's governing body (e.g. SPA, ASHA, RCSLT, NZSTA) Minimum 2 years of paediatric clinical experience (New Graduates with strong clinical placement experience welcome to apply) Independent in assessment and therapy across speech, language, and fluency Fluent English speaker with strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively within a small team Desirable: Experience with ASD, ADHD, and neurodivergent children Experience with CALD populations and/or multilingual clients Creative and play-based approach to therapy Prior experience living or working abroad Genuinely passionate about working with children and families What We Offer Competitive remuneration — base retainer plus per-session pay, giving you income security alongside earning potential that grows with your caseload 12-month KITAS (work visa) provided and fully supported Dedicated clinical supervision and ongoing professional mentoring Autonomous caseload management with flexible working hours The opportunity to develop skills across a broad range of clinical areas and service delivery models Genuine work-life balance in one of the world's most beautiful places to live Life in Bali Bali offers an exceptional quality of life — year-round tropical warmth, world-class surf, food, and wellness, a thriving expatriate community, rich local culture, and a cost of living that lets you actually enjoy it all.
