• Rabu: Pagi, Siang, Sore
• Kamis: Pagi, Siang, Sore
• Jum'at: Pagi, Siang, Sore
• Sabtu: Pagi, Siang, Sore
• Minggu: Pagi, Siang, Sore
• Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
• Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp5,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per bulan

Core Responsibilities:

Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa including treatment scheduling, cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and product inventory.

2. Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise spa therapists, receptionists, and other spa staff.

3. Guest Experience: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service, personalized wellness experiences, and problem resolution.

4. Sales & Marketing: Promote spa services and products, create wellness packages, collaborate with hotel/resort marketing, and boost revenue.

5. Budgeting & Reporting: Manage financial performance, monitor expenses, and generate performance reports for upper management.

6. Compliance & Standards: Ensure spa operations comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations; maintain brand standards.

7. Wellness Programming: Curate wellness menus including massages, therapies, yoga, meditation, detox programs, etc.

Qualifications:

- Experience in spa or wellness center management (3+ years)

- Knowledge of Balinese and international spa treatments

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- Fluent in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)

- Familiarity with spa-villa booking software (VHP)

- preferably stay in Ubud area

- Will be working in Sehati Spa and Wellness, Pejeng - Ubud area
