Role Objectives:

Lv8 Resort Hotel are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist Staff to join our luxury hotel in Bali. You will provide exceptional spa services, including massages, facials, and body treatments, ensuring a relaxing experience for our guests. If you have expertise in wellness, a passion for hospitality, and excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

· Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK), preferably with certification in spa therapy, beauty, or massage.

· At least 1 year of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a luxury hotel or spa.

· Proficiency in traditional Balinese massage techniques and other therapy methods is a plus.

· Strong understanding of spa products and treatments.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide outstanding guest service.

· Well-groomed, professional appearance, and strong work ethics.

· Proficient in English (additional languages such as Mandarin are a plus).

· Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

· Possession of relevant certification or license according to spa industry standards.

· Willing to be located in Bali

Responsibilities

· Provide professional spa services, including various types of massages (Balinese, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, etc.), facials, body scrubs, and other body treatments according to hotel standards.

· Conduct consultations with guests to understand their needs and provide suitable treatment recommendations.

· Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the workspace, including treatment rooms, equipment, and spa supplies.

· Prepare treatment rooms before and after spa sessions to ensure guest comfort.

· Follow hotel health and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary working environment.

· Manage and maintain spa equipment and ensure the availability of consumable supplies.

· Understand and explain the benefits of treatments provided to guests.

· Promote spa services and products to enhance guest experiences.

· Collaborate with the spa and hotel team to deliver exceptional service to guests.
