Responsibilities:* - *Food Preparation and Quality Control*: Prepare high-quality dishes, ensure presentation meets standards, and maintain food safety and hygiene.- *Kitchen Management*: Supervise kitchen staff, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.- *Menu Planning*: Assist in menu development, plan daily specials, and monitor ingredient stocks.- *Staff Training and Development*: Train junior staff members, delegate tasks, and evaluate performance.- *Leadership*: Lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence, make decisions, and solve problems efficiently. *Essential Skills:* - *Culinary Expertise*: In-depth knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.- *Leadership and Management*: Ability to motivate, train, and manage kitchen staff.- *Communication*: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with staff and management.- *Time Management*: Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain high standards.- *Attention to Detail*: Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation.
