- Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in planning and creating Western-inspired menus.
Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure proper cooking techniques and standards.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
Monitor portion control, food cost, and waste management.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and coordinate with suppliers.
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of dishes.
Step in and lead the kitchen during the absence of the Head Chef.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with 1–2 years as Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in Western Cuisine.
Strong knowledge of Western cooking techniques, sauces, grilling, roasting, and modern plating.
Previous experience in fine dining, hotel, or upscale restaurant is highly preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food cost control, inventory, and kitchen administration.
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Food Safety & Hygiene certification is a plus.
