Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in the same position
Passionate about culinary and food quality
Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented
Bali-based candidates will be prioritized
Resposibilities:
Manage and oversee daily kitchen operations independently
Supervise food preparation and ensure high-quality dishes are served consistently
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen
Monitor kitchen staff performance and coordinate daily duties
Control inventory, stock levels, and kitchen supplies
Create and develop menu items and recipes
