Bali Bulldogs FC is looking for a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to support our kitchen operations. This role is ideal for a culinary professional with strong leadership qualities and a solid background in Western cuisine.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Head Chef in managing day-to-day kitchen operations
Ensure consistent food quality and presentation, in line with our Western food concept
Supervise and train kitchen staff to uphold food and hygiene standards
Assist in menu development, food costing, and inventory control
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
Monitor food preparation processes and coordinate efficient kitchen workflow
Uphold health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in compliance with regulations
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role, with a focus on Western cuisine
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of kitchen operations, HACCP standards, and food safety regulations
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and time management skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Professional demeanor with a proactive, hands-on approach
