Position: Sommelier & Lounge Service Executive
Location: Clarke Quay, Singapore
Key Responsibilities
• Provide professional and personalised service to guests in a luxury lounge environment
• Recommend wines, champagnes, premium beverages, and cigar products based on guests’ preferences
• Professionally assist guests with cigar cutting, lighting, and service while sharing basic knowledge about cigar origins, wrappers, and aging
• Ensure proper wine service standards, including decanting, glassware selection, and serving etiquette
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the lounge, dining area, wine storage, and humidor
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are stored under appropriate conditions
• Support daily floor operations and maintain high service standards at all times
• Build strong guest relationships and deliver a memorable luxury experience
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, lounge, bar, or related service environment
• Knowledge of wines, champagnes, and premium hospitality service is preferred
• Certification such as WSET or Sommelier qualifications will be an added advantage
• Well-groomed with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking high-level clients
• Service-oriented with a positive attitude and professional working attitude
• Able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
